The refund of tuition and fees upon withdrawal from a course or courses will be prorated for the fall, spring and summer semesters as follows:

The following fees are not refundable: enrollment fee, course materials and laboratory fees, and books purchased through the bookstore.
Bryan students taking classes at Hastings College will follow the Bryan refund schedule as outlined in the Bryan Undergraduate Student Handbook for the academic year of applicable charges. Courses taken by Bryan students at Hastings College that do not fall under the auspices of the MOU (BSN Program plus 10 elective credits) are billed directly by Hastings College will follow the Hastings Tuition Refund Schedule as published in the Hastings College Undergraduate Catalog for the academic year of applicable charges.
No refunds will be made if a student is suspended or dismissed for disciplinary reasons.
